This describes what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to match what the site actually does, not as boilerplate.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the machine or job. Finance enquiries also ask how long your ABN has been registered and an approximate amount. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, bank details, credit card numbers or identity documents through this website.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to sales@agconenterprises.com.au and info@agconfinance.com.au. They are sent using a third-party email service, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Nothing is stored in a database on this website.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry — quoting a machine, arranging hire, booking a service, or assessing finance. If you tick the box asking for finance options, your details are also used for that purpose. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Tracking and cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data locally to remember page preferences. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Access, correction and complaints
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct or delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Contact sales@agconenterprises.com.au or ring 0418 257 840.
