Getting the spec right
Three questions before you spend a cent

What is your heaviest single load?
Rate the machine to your worst day, not your average one. Capacity is quoted at a 500 mm or 600 mm load centre — if your pallet sits further out than that, the machine lifts less than the sticker says.

What are you driving on?
Smooth concrete opens up the electric range. Gravel yards, building sites and paddocks need pneumatic running gear, and usually diesel or LPG.

How high, and through what opening?
Mast height at full lift has to clear your top rack, and the lowered mast has to fit through the shed door. Both numbers are on every spec page.
Send us those three answers and we'll come back with two machines and honest reasoning for each — including the cheaper one if it does the job.
