About the 1.3–2.5 tonne 9 Series
A reach truck is a different animal to a counterbalance. The operator stands sideways, the mast reaches forward into the rack rather than the machine driving up to it, and the whole thing works in an aisle roughly half the width. If you are trying to get more pallet positions out of the same shed, this is the machine that does it — but your racking layout needs to suit, and that is worth planning before you buy.
